1) 7-Day Return Policy
You can request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

2) Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging (where applicable)
- Free from stains, perfume/deodorant marks, damage, or alterations

3) Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items marked "Final Sale" / "No Return"
- Gift cards
- Used/washed/damaged items or items missing tags/packaging

4) How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery and share:
- Order ID
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (mandatory if the item is damaged/defective or incorrect)

We'll share the return instructions after review.

5) Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we'll notify you about approval.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.

Note: Shipping/handling charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item).

6) Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item
If you received a damaged/defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

7) Exchanges
Exchanges for size/color are subject to stock availability and may require the original item to be returned first.
