1) Products & Availability
Products are subject to availability. Images and colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. Minor variations in fabric/print are normal.

2) Pricing & Payment
Prices may change without notice. The total payable amount (including taxes/shipping, if any) is shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

3) Orders
ICEKIVI may cancel or refuse orders due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, address problems, or suspected fraud. If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

4) Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or factors beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.

5) Returns & Refunds (7 Days)
ICEKIVI offers a 7-day return window from delivery (unless marked non-returnable). Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

6) Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, and brand assets are owned by ICEKIVI. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

7) Limitation of Liability
ICEKIVI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. ICEKIVI’s maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

8) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of your city/state in India.
